Core follows your caseload automatically. When active patients go down, your plan steps down. When they go up, it steps up. No manual plan changes required.
Caseload drops
Example: if you move from 20 active patients to 10, Core automatically downgrades from $40/mo to $20/mo.
Caseload grows
Example: if you grow from 10 to 30 active patients, Core steps up to the matching tier. $60/mo for 26 to 50.

How is Core priced?
Core Practice Management is priced by your active patient count: $20 (1 to 10), $40 (11 to 25), $60 (26 to 50), $80 (51 to 100), and custom for 100+. You are not charged per appointment, note, or message.
Does my plan change when my patient count changes?
Yes. Core automatically follows your active patient count. If you drop from 20 to 10 active patients, you move to the $20 tier. If your caseload grows into a higher band, your Core rate increases to that tier. Optional modules keep their fixed monthly price.
What counts as an active patient?
Patients with recent clinical activity in your practice, typically anyone you are currently treating or scheduling. Exact rules are shown in your practice settings when billing is active.
What is included in Core?
Patients, appointments, scheduling, video sessions, notes, assessments, homework, messaging, invoicing, CSV import/export, patient portal, and the security/audit features already in Manage Softly.
What are optional modules?
Marketing dashboard and Connected Care are optional add-ons planned for a later phase. Coming soon. AI Notes is also on the roadmap. None are required for the Core solo practice workflow today.
Are there setup or per-seat fees?
No setup fees and no per-appointment charges. Core is a flat monthly rate by patient tier. Team seats (front desk and therapist) are Coming soon. MVP launch is solo practitioners only.
Can I export my data?
Yes. CSV export for clients and invoices is included so you can leave with your lists.
Is the patient portal a native app?
Not yet. Patients use Chrome or Safari in the browser for assessments, homework, appointments, and messages.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access through the paid period. Export first if you need a copy of clients and invoices. Clinical records remain your practice’s responsibility to retain per your license rules.
